BCA asked to perform polygraph in Minnesota ‘Making a Murderer’ case

By Timothy Charles Holmseth on July 12, 2018 at 1:47 P.M. CST

Timothy Charles Holmseth sent a leter to Michael Anderson who performs polygraph tests for the Minnesota BCA and requested an examination.

Holmseth explained the elaboarte set-up hatched by the East Grand Forks Police and City Attorney to put Holmseth in prison after he uncovered an international child sex trade operation.

Holmseth has caught EGF City Attorney Ronad Galstad in a critical lie he told to Assistant Chief Judge Tamara Yon in the 9th Minnesota District regarding communications he (Galstad) claimed to have with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) about Holmseth's computer. Galstad told the Court the BCA was involved with a raid on Holmseth but the BCA later said they played no role whatsoever and were never asked to search Holmseth's computer as Galstad falsley claimed.

The police took Holmseth's computer and kept no chain of evidence documents and then destroyed the computer before returning it.

Mr. Anderson,

I am a journalist and author from East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

I obtained your name as a polygraph examiner for the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. I am interested in paying for your services regarding a polygraph I would like to have administered upon me.

My situation is rather unique and actually connects back to the BCA in a rather odd way.

In December of 2012 the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on my home-office and seized my computers, discs, flash sticks, cameras, personal mail, etc.

The search warrant was crafted in a way to create the appearance that Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, the commander of the task force, believed I was dealing drugs.

In reality - the police were actually looking for child pornography that had been created of a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings. I had reported on the child pornography and even described it to some extent because a legal assistant at a Florida law office who held the pictures described them to me. Essentially, the people that created the child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings secretly communicated with Aeisso Schrage and/or others at the police department and convinced the police they would find the illegal photos on my computer. The insidious aspect of this is that the police were strategically hiding and/or concealing the identity of their source - because it would lead back to whoever created the pornography, which means the EGFPD were covering for the bad guys and trying to arrest the good guy.

After the police seized my computer they used BCA evidence stickers to label the seized property.

East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad subsequently told Judge Tamara Yon (Polk County Court) that the City of EGF had communicated with the BCA. Galstad claimed the BCA told the police they would not search my computer without a separate search warrant. Galstad never did request a 'second warrant' from the BCA. Rather, the police asked Polk County Sheriff Sgt. Michael Norland to search the computer, which he did. Norland reported he found no evidence of anything illegal on the computer.

Attorney Ronald Galstad told a bald faced lie to Judge Yon looking right in her eyes - and he knew was lying when he told the lie. Galstad nor the police had ever communicated with the BCA about me (as you will see).

I contacted EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund and asked for 'Chain of Custody' records. He told me that no such records were kept by the EGFPD or Sheriff's Office.

When the computer was returned it was damaged and inoperable which marooned files and evidence I had obtained about an international child sex trafficking operation and baby sales through U.S. Embassies and trafficking corridors through Mexico and Central America.

Years later I resurrected the files and they are now part of the court record in the 9th Minnesota Judicial District.

I contacted the BCA and spoke by email with Jill Oliveira and Assistant Superintendant Drew Evans. Both Oliveira and Evans said they had no clue what I was talking about. They had not been asked to search my computer - played no role in the case - had no knowledge of it and never gave anybody permission to put BCA evidence stickers on my property.

The damage that has been done to me by the City of EGF and County of Polk is immeasurable. It is even worse for the children that are being sexually abused by the people that created the child pornography the police were searching for on my computer because those predators have been protected.

I am attaching two jpgs that chart out the bizarre series of events.

I am presently the Plaintiff in HOLMSETH vs. REDACTED et al - Court File Number 3:18-CV-00361 - Virginia Eastern District Court. I am legally represented by Attorney Steven S. Biss, Virginia regarding the lawsuit.

I would like to be examined by you with a lie detector and asked (1) if I ever possessed or observed the child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, and (2) if I have ever dealt drugs.

I will pay your fee.

Very respectfully yours,
Timothy Charles Holmseth
